A national timeshare property vendor that uses discounted vacation sales as a marketing channel for upscale timeshare ownership pitches.

Challenge

The client needed an assessment to identify entry-level sales and reservation associates who could handle the rigors of the positions (typically high turnover), and produce at a high level. They turned to Logi-Serve for assistance.

Solution

Logi-Serve implemented our Service and Sales Assessment, along with a set of customized benchmarks based on existing high-performing associates.

Results

The Assessment successfully identified sales staff and booking agents who excelled BOTH at sales efficiency, i.e., taking less effort/time for each sale, as well as increasing sales effectiveness, i.e., the size of each sale. The financial impact of using the assessment was determined to be between $500K and $1 million per year.
